Group Training
Our group classes are led exclusively by nationally certified Personal Trainers.
Most group classes throughout the county are not, which can affect the positive
results a participant will get over time. Most importantly, you can expect quality
instruction & correction on your form when you participate in our classes, so
that your instructor will feel like YOUR personal trainer. Also we keep the classes
affordable so that you keep exercising!
First class FREE
- No contracts or initiation fees
- Always Drop-in / No registration requirement

What To Expect:
Classes are taught with several personal training principles in mind, such as: you
are encouraged to work at your own level, but expected to get stronger, leaner &
appear to have more energy over time.
Class Format:
This Cardio-Muscle class utilizes cross-training techniques that condition the body
for visible results in Endurance, Lean Muscle, Core Strength, Balance, and Flexibility.
Be prepared to lift weights and do simple yet challenging drills that will improve
your cardiovascular endurance.
